Get started by completing your information on the Wellist link that's listed on your intranet portal or info sheet, or call Wellist’s Support Team at 855-WELLIST. The call center is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm ET and supports over 200 languages.

How do I get matched with services?

A little information goes a long way. By entering what’s most important to you – whether that’s prioritizing resources that are low-cost, close to home, or most relevant to your health – you’ll get access to curated, personalized recommendations.

What type of information can I find on Wellist?

If Wellist is part of your care plan from your provider, you'll find information about treatment center-provided patient tools and clinical services, as well as health information about your diagnosis, treatment, recovery and more. You can also find a crowdfunding tool to coordinate social and financial support from loved ones.
